About Pedro

Pedro Alvares is a driven, focused, and loyal real estate agent, committed to providing his clients with the best possible home-buying experience. Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Pedro moved to Hawai’i in 2019. With a background as a personal trainer, Pedro understands the value of setting and achieving goals, and he brings this same dedication to his real estate practice. His journey in real estate began at the young age of 17 when he started investing in properties in Brazil, a decision that shaped his future and solidified his passion for the industry.

Pedro is deeply committed to his clients, treating their goals as his own and providing guidance throughout the entire process. Outside of real estate, Pedro enjoys the outdoors, competing in triathlons, and has a deep love for animals. He is also a strong supporter of Stand Up 2 Cancer, a cause close to his heart after losing two family members to the disease. Fluent in Portuguese, Pedro brings a unique cultural perspective to his real estate practice, helping both local and international clients find their perfect home in Hawai’i.
