Her mission is to educate and support individuals and families in building a future through real estate.

Before transitioning into real estate, Akiko served as an Assistant Program Director for a nonprofit educational institution focused on global exchange, professional collaboration, and cultural understanding. She also brings experience in translation, teaching, and curriculum development from other professional roles, further strengthening her ability to communicate effectively across cultures and learning styles. These experiences continue to shape her relationship-driven, education-focused approach to client service.

Born in Japan and raised in Maui, Akiko has lived across the Hawaiian Islands, including Oʻahu and Molokaʻi, giving her a unique perspective on the nuances of each community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Second Language Studies with a minor in English from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, savoring a cup of coffee, and catching up with friends and colleagues.
