About Joe

Joe Kindrich is Hawaii’s home expert and pricing strategist. When it comes to the ins and outs of residential properties on O’ahu, Joe has seen it all in his 30+ years of experience in Construction Services. A Licensed General Contractor since 1996, Joe has built over 400 homes on O’ahu as a Design-Build Home Builder. He is also a Certified Home Inspector and has performed over 1,000 home inspections where he tested for asbestos, air quality, and mold.

Joe’s qualifications allow buyers to be set up for success when searching for a good home for a good price. For sellers, he has the keen ability to price properties accurately and has extensive knowledge of all building components and the lay of the land to prevent endless negotiations.
