About Zennea

Zennea Muniz has a passion for real estate. Her “never quit” attitude, motivating nature, and demonstrated people skills in whatever she does ensure her client's interests always receive 100% of her attention; therefore, the best chance for success.

Zennea comes from a diverse background and knows what it takes to be successful. She grew up and attended school in the Republic of the Philippines, and upon completing high school, she followed her passion for helping people by attending Velez College of Cebu, where she obtained a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy. She worked as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation department for five years before relocating to New Jersey, where she worked in a nursing home for three years prior to moving to Hawaii in 2013.

After moving to Hawaii, Zennea combined her passion for helping people with her passion for fitness and began working as a Fitness Instructor. Her nurturing nature and ability to motivate people, no matter how hard the task was highlighted by a number of her students training for and completing multiple marathons, Spartan obstacle races, and triathlons. In addition to being an active participant and instructor/motivator, Zennea also enjoys challenging herself on some of the islands' most difficult and technical hiking trails.
